It’s called “Surrender” and I wrote it with Pat Cupples.

Brendan Willing James wrote the bassline and sang on the bridge.

Thorald (Koren) came in to be my duet partner.

All of us are fathers and this song is about the desperate, searing commitment we feel to give everything we can to our kids.

I’m immensely proud of this one and plan to give it it’s due. But I’m not sure how or when, so I thought I’d just send it to you. Maybe you have some ideas. I’m all ears.
